Refund policy
Returns
We offer a 14-day return period in accordance with UK consumer law.
You must notify us within 14 days of delivery if you wish to cancel your order. Returned goods must be received within 14 days of cancellation.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging, together with proof of purchase.
To request a return, please email hello@cotswoldmist.com within 14 days of delivery. Returns must be approved before items are sent back.

Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us as soon as reasonably possible if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Where an item is found to be faulty or incorrect, we will offer a replacement or full refund, including the original standard delivery charge, in accordance with UK consumer law.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:
· Digital products (including downloadable PDFs)
· Gift cards
· Sale or discounted items
Because our products are collectible and gift-quality items, we cannot accept returns of items that show signs of use or damage not caused in transit.
European Union – 14 Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery.
Returned goods must be unused and in their original packaging.
Unless the item is faulty, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Please note that any customs duties, import VAT, or handling charges are non-refundable, as these are levied by local authorities and not by Cotswold Mist.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
