Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

We do not offer subscription, recurring billing, or try-before-you-buy purchase options.

From time to time, certain products may be offered on a pre-order basis. Where a product is listed as a pre-order, payment will be taken at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated.

Pre-orders may be cancelled prior to dispatch by contacting hello@cotswoldmist.com. Once dispatched, cancellation and returns are governed by our Refund Policy.

If we introduce subscription or other recurring purchase options in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly.
