Order Processing

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays), although processing times may vary during periods of high demand.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

 

UK Shipping

We offer the following UK shipping options:

·       FREE UK Shipping (applies to all book orders)

·       FREE UK Shipping on orders over £50

·       Standard UK Shipping (for orders under £50 that do not include a book)

Estimated delivery time is 2–4 business days from the date of dispatch.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur during peak periods or due to factors outside our control.

 

International Shipping

We ship internationally to selected destinations.

Delivery times vary depending on the destination and local postal services. Please allow additional time for international deliveries.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their shipping address is correct at the time of purchase.

International shipping availability may change without notice.

 

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

For orders shipped outside the United Kingdom, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, VAT, or handling charges imposed by your local customs authority.

These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes.

Customs duties, import VAT, and handling charges are non-refundable.

If customs charges are refused and the parcel is returned to us, re-shipment may be subject to additional shipping fees.

 

Failed Delivery & Returned Parcels

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, failure to collect, refusal of delivery, or any other delivery issue not caused by us, we may contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable in these circumstances, and any additional costs incurred may be charged before re-shipment.

 

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at hello@cotswoldmist.com.

We will investigate with the carrier. Replacement or refund will be offered where appropriate once the carrier’s investigation has concluded, in accordance with the carrier’s terms and conditions.
